Actually it's over yonder hill. Broadbay by Gress and Bac don't you know. I know.
I mean, I like the view of the village from this angle. It's practically my fav peat track too. It's the curves and everything.
The village is North Tolsta and you can see where it is here. Nice innit?
And here's a snap of me strolling from a car we used to have into our pal's village housey to take a picture. Years ago.
Unique wedding photography.
I have a set already awaiting so wouldn't even have to attend the wedding.
I think this snap was from a wedding anyway.
Ps. I have never had a negroni.
Thankyou for your concern but as you can see I am alright now. Not really a bug I had rather it's younger weaker brother.
Wishing you all the very best during the west's Festival of over-consumption. May it be kind to you all. Much love to everyone, keep yourself and others safe and well.
Many thanks for visiting this site from time to time.
xx
A snap from yesteryear when one went out and about.
At the moment i'm shivering then flushing hot so probably have a little bug at the moment. Don't worry, I'm staying at home
My usual darkroom buddy is currently off islands so I'll have to play alone.
I like Lith printing though I am not really patient enough to stand there looking and waiting till something shows up.
They are everywhere here. Not quite the entanglements of Havana or Tokyo but wires and poles all the same. Love them. Must start putting together a little booklet of these images soon. I'll put that off till tomorrow - as one does.
I usually go all soppy about curves in the roads - and there are plenty of those round here but, as it happens, pre-luncheon out with dearest Eve over on t'west sidetother day I caught this scene.
When I say caught, it wasn't that difficult as it wasn't moving and it wasn't going to be. That is, unless the storm forecast for next week actually happens then a few sheds, tiles and sheeps might move.
You can see the sea on the left - it's straight ahead as well but you can't see that on account of the land. It's left and right of me too not forgetting behind my but you just have to imagine that. Islands eh?
Has a fine luncheon out with Eve yesterday. So nice to be out a bit.
I can't wait for the time when a visit to Edinburgh is on the cards.
Yes, it's lovely. So pleased you think so too.
This is a FI [fungible image], so plese do enjoy.
That's from a wet winter stroll I might add.
Always worth getting out of bed and wasting some cheap film [polypan-f] in a Olympus XA.
Now this was from a stroll.
Eve got her new bins [from Claire Wyman since you ask] That's the ones you can barely see on her lovely face not the bin beside her. Yes, the snap is blurred [I like it that way - it's my thing] and odd coloured. Inconsequential too.
