Not digital. Wash your mouth out with soap and water.
No idea why I got this but rather like it. A mere semi-masterpiece.
Old camera, old film, old camera-ist and all.

For some reason I have always liked Minolta cameras. Many years ago last century I had a Minolta XG of some sort. No idea where the thing went but I seem to recall it went to South America with me just after us westerners discovered the place. I have a print some llamas in the Atacama which probs was taken with that thing.
Needless to say, in my dotage I decided a while back to have a minolta of my age so ended up with a Minolta A3. Black on White brought the thing back to fine fettle and even using Polypan-f rated at 25asa I can can take a fine-ish snap up here in the far north west of the UK
The camera is a fine little thing and loaded with old old Polypan-f film does a fine job.
From a little trip out the other day. Since you are not asking let me tell you this was taken using a Zorki6 and Chroma Double Glass lens - the latter I am not sure I altogether get along with. Perhaps it's because I am not sure what I am doing with the snap taking any more. Perhaps it is that.
He's just waltzed back in, happy as you like. You see the sun is shining warmly which is a surprise after this morning's snow showers.
No doubt will go out again into the warmth and find a cosy spot to sunbath.
in cafe.
suffered for it mind.
We go back o'er here frequently. It pleases the eye and it's not so far way. There's sea just nearby and boats too, not that that doesn't apply to nearly everywhere here but still.....

Have been out on the bicycle recently. Twice this week as it happens. It's a great feeling but it drains me. The CFS I have had for the last twenty years or so makes life difficult so going out on an ebike in the sunshine is a joy - as long as I rest well afterwards.
I rest by watching the cycling on the computer. it was the Giro Sicily this week. So lovely to see the place as I have never been.
Then there's the Amstel Gold race in Hollandland this weekend. I have been to watch this race and Eve, my dear partner has ridden the accompanying sportive ride back in the day.
Now I find I am in the second round of the sigles indoor indoor lawn bowls thing in Stormoway one account of my opponent being stuck o'er the water as there is yet another ferry breakdown so he can't get back here on time.
Apologies for the images recently - taken with the Hassie, a 50mm lens and foma200.
Again it wasn't the rooms I'd like to be showing but needs must or something. At least the sun is shining here on our rock and Paris Roubaix bike race is on this weekend.
You never know I might have a Glasgee image to show if I can be bothered to develop them. I did take some snaps with an Olympus XA after all.
Oh and I am looking so yoofull I think since I was given some anti wrinkle cream with a smelly purchase I made in an amazing building at the Fraser Glasgow store. I could almost imagine I'd be completely wrinkle free if I used enough of the cream. Does nothing for my aching feet though.
At this point we were meant to be away. Off island and everything. In the sun, looking and experiencing another culture. Only, it was all cancelled last moment by the holiday operators. Like 10 hours before we were meant to be going.
