Many many thanks for your visitations here. It is very much appreciated. Makes me feel I have a little impression on the world - however meaningless.

Meanwhile the world has its problems and it is people like Medecins sans Frontiers who put themselves into the firing-line so to speak and try to pick up the pieces. For this I am very grateful. They have so much work to do; Ebola, Afghanistan, Syria and all the rest. What I like is that they treat everyone - patients' religions, gender, nationality or whatever don't come into it. Saving lives does.
