Had a most agreeable evening at the FACLAN talk / film show about Margaret Fay Shaw the other night. I don't think I heard or seen a better presentation on such a subject this one by Fiona Mackenzie of the NTS. I hoping the fairies might bring the book soonish :-)

I didn't go to the talk - silly me. If I don't put these things in my diary when I hear about them then the inevitable happens. Mind you that assumes that I don't look at my diary and assume it's Wednesday when in fact it's Thursday which is what happened this week. I missed a visit I was due to make. Silly me. I've looked at the link, though, and it looks like a splendid book to possess.
