The shipyard is still there but this building has gone. I suppose it dated from the time when Fred Olsen owned the place. Now the yard [on the right of here] is on-off as the work arrives, disappears and bankruptcy ensues followed by another financial bailout.

I'd completely forgotten that building.
Was it a Fred oslen place Graham?
I think it must have been. I recall attending meetings there although I cannot for the life of me recall why.
