Yes, nonsense I tell you but that's how I feel at the moment as I endure a little dip in things here. Lets just say I am a bit over-creaky at the moment so we can't stroll here too much currently.
But might have had a little ride on the bike yesterday. But that's part of life not an extra.
Pleased to see at last the UK Gov't has actually started to acknowledge the benefits of cycling - the environment and to health. Wish the islands here would as well.
