The sun has been shining which deceived me into riding the bike. It was so cold so we took off round the Castle tracks in Stormoway to be out of the cold wind. Lovely ride as it happens but I'm suffering for it today somewhat.
I don't like the sun for taking snaps. It's all too bright. The colours are too vibrant and what's more the Giro D 'Italia is happening. I have to keep abreast of such things while tinkering at home.

I love the sun for all sorts of reasons. Spent over 9 hours in the garden today but despite the sun I even had a winter ear-mull hat on. Oddly as someone who was a fanatical follower of the Tour de France I have little interest in any other bike race. There's no logic in that.
