A wonderful neg taken at Manchester's old fallowfield stadium, the forerunner to the indoor velodrome.
I was told it was taken using Leica glass .
1940s or earlier...looking at the various headgear? Glass negs give such detail
Reminds me of when I learned to ride my bike; my old da grabbing a hold and running along beside me, before getting tired and handing me over to the flowerbed.
I remember learning with a schoolfriend, her dad did the pushing. No flowerbeds in sight! đ
