A snap Dad took on my late parents honeymoon on the Norfolk Broads. We went and hired a similar boat for a week a few years back and had a lovely time. Lovely calm waters even if these days one has to dodge the motor cruisers and keep away from the pubs to moor.

Ok, I'll stop soon
A fine roll of film out of the Kodak Cresta II camera the other despite me under developing it somewhat. This another from that film. Almost a futurist look if you don't mind if I say so myself. Love it and everything.

I liked it so I snapped it several times
I like it anyway. And since that's why I take snaps, that's what counts.
The Gateway to the Castle grounds in Stormoway seem to be finally finished after being phaffed around with for years it seems. The man here strolled through to try it out and it seemed to work. I caught his every step with the Kodak Cresta II.

No, not the boardwalk
From a fine local stroll with his Tootship the other day.
Somehow I don't think Toots was that impressed at my over-snapping.
We went and had a try at bowls. That's the flat green type not crown green or bowling. That's the sort of people we are. Never done it before but since we are of an age and in my case, falling apart it's a sport I could manage. Oh, what fun was had although I never did work out who my teammate was or get the hang of the rules apart from trying to keep the big marbles on the carpet and getting it close to the small marble. It was a real challenge to stay on the green carpet and must have joined in the next mats' game several times. Then the ball shot off over the end of the mat with other players fielding hem like a game of cricket. Enjoyed it a lot though so I shall go again and try to work out how to do it properly.

On the catwalk
Here we are, another walk with Keith the cat. I might have been a tad over eager snapping away with my Kodak Brownie Cresta

Hunt
No, I don't agree with them, I don't like and they shouldn't be happening any more. They did happen a lot though in my childhood. No idea where this happened but me old long gone dad took it. suspect it's Wiltshire or Somerset.

Oof, tis been raining so search through old 'stuff' and found these lovely snaps of my fathers from parents honeymoon on the Norfolk Broads in the 1950s. Yep, that was my lovely mum.

I might have to source some lith developer again
I used to play with it a bit and liked what I could achieve but then I decided sepia toned prints were the way to go. I might have to re-appraise my choice.

I wish I was more prolific.
I'm not snapping much at the moment. perhaps due in part to the damp windy weather hereabouts at the moment. I did take a couple of snaps down on the The Crofters croft the other day - in the rain. In the barn as it happens with the coows and a crofterman helper.

The day Toots and Coelyne played the 8x10
This camera doesn't see the light of day too much. Difficult to use when the wind is blowing.which seems to be most of the time up here.

I've been here before
I've been before, many times as it happens. The shapes please me so sometimes, often in fact, I snap it up.

wrestling with virtual tech
Now I have invested in a upgraded/new pixel editor thing for scanned negs [Affinity photo], I thought I might try and use it. Apparently one has to spend time learning it. I might just revert back to the steam version I used to use.

Fogles eco folly
Ok it's not on lovely Taransay now but on the Luskintyre road nearby on Isle of Lewis. Twas one of the eco=pods used on the infamous Castaway 2000 tv show. it is one of the blots on the landscape of this once wonderful quiet road.

two between two
That's proper and everything. Back to what I like using the old Minolta A3 rangefinder camera and Polypan-f film.
I was beginning to worry that I may have lost my touch - if I'm not kidding myself that I had any 'touch' before.

On Lotte's croft
Miles and miles and campervans and broken roads. We got there in the end and was invited on to the wonderful croft. Eve loved it too.

I used the Perkeo too
This was one of the places where...., well, you know, CAMPERVAN pandemic. Although you cannot see the vans here as we walked here. a little walk anyway. No idea of the place just off the NC500 but don't worry, you won't want to go there, trust me.
